Laundry

TEHRAN AFRA has the capability to provide laundry service for all client camp residents.

The scope of this service can include all management, supervision, labor, housekeeping, transportation for pick-up and delivery services if required, supplies and all other actions as required to provide the subject service. We shall receive, account for, process and return all organizational and individual articles tendered for laundering.

Tehran Afra has established and maintains a system of records to accurately quantify all work performed, and shall be responsible for the preparation of all administrative correspondence and reports incidental to the work performed by the contract.

General Standards of Quality

All efforts are made to ensure that all soil, spots, and stains are removed during processing without damage to the color of fabric. Each processed item shall be entirely clean, thoroughly dry, and free of lint. After laundering, all articles shall be free of objectionable odors. No trace/residue of washroom supplies shall be left in fabrics.

All piece items that have been completed / processed as organizational and/or individual shall be marked and returned to the rightful owner.
