TEHRAN AFRA has maneuvered and adapted its range of services to provide a comprehensive menu specific to this requirement. Classified activity in this area includes:

Scope of our work
- Provision of Detailed Engineering Design and Construction Drawings
TEHRAN AFRA’S team of engineers produced and guaranteed all construction designs and submitted these as drawings. TEHRAN AFRA adhered to all procedures for documenting such submissions in order to receive “Approval for Construction” (AFC) drawings before construction. All drawings are supplied in AUTOCAD format and hard copy.
- Supply of Construction Materials
The supply of all materials remained within the scope of TEHRAN AFRA. All materials prior to their use were first submitted to client for approval of quality. TEHRAN AFRA is experienced and capable in the competitive procurement of extensive building materials and equipments both in Iran and overseas.
- Supply of Construction Materials
It includes:
Site preparation & Landfill
Surveying & mark out
Foundation formwork, reinforcing, base plate and anchor bolt setting, and concrete works
Erection of both welded and prefabricated bolted steel structures to heights exceeding 12m.
Erection of walls using Yellow Brick, Hollow Concrete Block, Modular Sandwich Panel, simple Profiled Steel Sheet or more complicated combinations of such materials.
Erection of Roof using Prefabricated Profiled and Non-Profiled Modular sandwich panel, simple Profiled Steel Sheet or systems combining Profiled Steel Sheet with polyurethane insulation assembled in-site.
Internal wall finishing included ceramic tiles, various manual plastering techniques, painting or combinations using plasterboard.
Floor finishes included textured and non-textured concrete, ceramic tile, vinyl sheeting, vinyl tile or carpet
Internal electrics were supplied and installed in accordance with IEE regulations 16th addition with latest amendments. Generally, wiring has been concealed in surface mounted trunking and lighting provided by surface mounted Batten type fluorescent strip lights.
Outdoor electrics included the use of directly buried armored and non-armored cables. Panel boards incorporating ELCB and/or thermally activated breakers were installed. External panel boards meeting IP55 standards and internal panels meeting IP21. Installation of Generators, Substations and switchgear was also performed in some areas.
Outdoor piping works included, Welded and compression fitting HDPE systems, GI pipe (6” max), High Pressure and Low pressure PVC piping systems and Reinforced Concrete Hume Pipe.
Types of buildings constructed included Single level, Split Level and Multi-storey level.
