Maintenance

TEHRAN AFRA is capable of providing and managing camp maintenance services to the satisfaction of our client and to ensure the welfare of daily complement and visitors in the safest possible environment.

Camp Management Services comprises the following as a minimum:

• Management and administration of the facilities

• Supervision of the services

• Organization and operation of all facilities and services including but not limited to:

• Electrical power generation and distribution

• Sewage treatment and disposal

• Water treatment and supply

• Warehouses and yards

• Sports and recreation facilities

• Telecommunications

• Operation of all utilities

• Medical and first aid

•  Collection, disposal and incineration of all residential waste

• Maintenance of all buildings, utilities and facilities

TEHRAN AFRA performs routine daily, weekly and periodical maintenance, including any emergency maintenance and works in order to keep the highest level of accommodation, offices and utilities. The service includes the provision of spare parts for power generation, HVAC and water treatment system. Electrical shut downs is limited to two hours, except for the emergency generator, which is kept in working condition permanently. No water production unit shut down is allowed. Air condition, wastewater treatment and sewage water shut downs are also limited to two hours.
