TEHRAN AFRA has the ability and experience to provide tailored meals in all environments and suiting all dietary and ethnic requirements. TEHRAN AFRA’s through its experienced management specializing in the catering industry both on site and support from our local offices, can adequately accommodate all client requests. We offer full supply, prepare & serve service for numbers of personnel ranging from 20 to 7,000, which can be deployed at short notice in even the remotest areas. Our experience, through its foreign affiliate, has included catering to oil pipeline and infrastructure and oil exploration teams in the Persian Gulf.
Client will order in advance the estimated numbers of meals to be provided and TEHRAN AFRA shall provide the ordered quantity of meals together with a contingency allowance for unplanned diners and Visitors. Meals shall be of sufficient quality, quantity and variety in accordance with menu as specified in this document. All purchased foodstuffs are subject to a rigorous and continual quality assessment in accordance with TEHRAN AFRA quality policy.
TEHRAN AFRA employs an open attitude towards its customers. Premises are available for inspection and procedures are in place for all facts of the business. TEHRAN AFRA will generate a reporting structure to client to provide key information and data to reassure that the catering service is being continually and professionally managed and performed. TEHRAN AFRA shall ensure that goods are transported safely, hygienically and at the correct temperatures and shall continue to endeavor to accommodate special diets as required by Client.
TEHRAN AFRA shall provide, maintain and keep clean good quality crockery, cutlery, tableware, table linens, service equipment, catering equipment and utensils and ensure the safe, hygienic and temperature controlled transfer and transportation of hot and cold foods between the food preparation I production units and the food service areas.
TEHRAN AFRA shall ensure presentation of all food services is attractive to the reasonable satisfaction of client.
