It is the prime objective of the employees of TEHRAN AFRA to provide a Quality Service to all Customers – internal and external.  This will enable us to achieve our Quality Mission of “pleasing customers through our dedication to exceed their expectations”.

In order to achieve this objective, TEHRAN AFRA will establish and maintain an effective and efficient Quality Management System planned and developed in conjunction with other internal management systems and procedures.

The Quality Management System adopted by TEHRAN AFRA is based upon the requirements of ISO9002 – 1994.

It is a requirement of our company that this Quality Policy is understood and will be implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization. This Quality Policy will include:

  •  Hiring the best people in the industry.
  • Successfully implement our business strategy using world-class teamwork to drive superior performance, and;
  • Create a competitive advantage for TEHRAN AFRA based on client satisfaction.
